Rules/FAQ
Play by the Rules. Have Fun!
All parents or guardians must sign a waiver before entry into our facility. Please visit playhubca.com to sign the waiver under the guardian’s name and add all child participants.
PlayHub is designed for children up to 55″. All play areas are built for this height range to ensure safety and fun.
Older or taller children and adults may enter but must follow the rules. Anyone not following these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. Safety of our children and guests is our top priority.
Everyone entering the play area must wear PlayHub grip socks, for both kids and adults.
Shoes, sandals, and bare feet are not allowed. Kids Socks are included in any admissions. Parents must purchase the PlayHub grip sock for just $3.
Other grip socks are NOT allowed according to our Policy.
They are add-ons — not included with general admission and can be purchased separately at the front desk for just $2.
Our separate toddler area is for children under 3 years old only. Children 3 and older are not permitted, regardless of medical condition or ability. These rules apply to everyone to ensure safety.
Parents or guardians must supervise their toddlers at all times while in this area.
Yes! Socks are available for purchase at the Front Desk for $3.00 per pair.
Kids’ Socks are always included at PlayHub.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless you have a booked birthday party or private event.
Only baby formula are allowed inside the facility and must be enjoyed in the café area only.
Water bottles are welcome after the playground gate. Pre-made meals, snacks, or baby food pouches are not allowed. Please note, PlayHub is not a peanut-free facility.
Parents and guardians must supervise their children at all times. Our staff help monitor the play area, but this does not replace parental supervision.
Children wear wristbands for time tracking only, used by staff to manage play sessions.
Adults without children may only enter with PlayHub staff and are not allowed to photograph the facility. If another child appears in your photo while taking pictures with your own child, please get parental permission first.
PlayHub Supervision Policy
Parental supervision is required at all times. PlayHub is not a daycare — no drop-offs allowed. At least one legal guardian must actively monitor their children while they play. Parents in the café should regularly check on their children.
All children and adults are expected to behave respectfully and safely. Any aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior — including offensive language — will result in immediate removal from the facility without a refund.
Guests are required to comply promptly with all instructions from PlayHub staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
PlayHub is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten items. If something is missing, please email playhub.cal@gmail.com so we can check our lost & found.
Unclaimed items older than 10 days will be donated or discarded.
PlayHub Health & Safety Policy
Children who are sick, running a fever, coughing, or visibly unwell should not be brought into the facility. Any child showing signs of illness may be denied entry. Children who vomit or have a bloody nose will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund.
For children with casts or recent medical conditions, participation is at the guardian’s discretion, and they assume full responsibility. PlayHub prioritizes the health and safety of all guests and asks families to use common courtesy.
